Website Manager

What You’ll Do:

• Website & App Management: Oversee the ongoing maintenance of our Shopify website and mobile app to ensure optimal performance.
• Content Management: Manage product catalogs, upload new collections, and ensure content accuracy across the platform.
• Pricing & Promotions: Update product pricing, set up promotions, and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain site reliability.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with different teams to ensure alignment on website updates and campaigns.
• Data Management: Use Excel/Google Sheets to upload data, manage inventory, and analyze site performance.
• Documentation: Create and maintain process documentation for platform management.

What We’re Looking For:

• Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets are a must.
• Independence: Ability to learn independently and manage tasks efficiently.
• Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to accuracy and quality control.
• E-commerce Experience: Prior experience with platforms like Shopify or Magento is a big plus.
• Skills: Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Language Proficiency: High proficiency in English (written and spoken).

• Experience in the fashion industry or with fashion brands.
• Technical knowledge of HTML and CSS.
