Senior System Administrator

Company Overview: C..SOFTWARE is a rapidly growing software company in the cybersecurity field, based in Lod, located in the northern industrial area. The company specializes in the development, marketing, and sales of cybersecurity products and currently has over 60 clients worldwide.

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced System Administrator to join our team. The position is based in Lod, and you will be required to work from the office twice a week.

Job Details:

• Team Size: 7 people (including CTO and Product Manager)
• Working Hours: Full-time, Sunday-Thursday, flexible hours (due to international client coordination)
• English proficiency: High level required
• Experience: 3-5 years in a similar role
• Location: Lod, Northern Industrial Area (twice a week in-office)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain critical infrastructure systems
• Work with Windows Server at an advanced level (a must)
• Expertise in Active Directory (AD) (a must)
• Proficient in Group Policy Objects (GPO) (a must)
• Implement and configure complex products and systems in core infrastructure domains
• Troubleshoot and resolve client challenges independently
• Collaborate with international clients and teams
• Self-sufficient with the ability to lead processes and projects
• Willingness to take on challenges and work hard

Additional Requirements:

• Knowledge of scripting is a plus
• Prior experience with complex product implementations is highly valued
• Strong customer-facing skills and ability to lead the process with clients
• Experience from integrators or military background is highly relevant

• In the future, this role could evolve into a Team Lead position within the next year, managing a team and contributing to product development under your leadership.
