RepAir, a fast-growing start-up at the forefront of innovative carbon capture technologies, is expanding its R&D team in Mevo Carmel, Israel. Join us in the fight against climate change and help shape the future of electrochemically based carbon capture solutions.

We’re looking for a passionate and driven R&D Researcher to advance and commercialize our breakthrough technology. This role combines a multidisciplinary approach, integrating materials science, electrochemistry, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, and process engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the advancement of technology at both the materials and process levels.
• Conduct comprehensive literature reviews to identify cutting-edge developments and potential solutions.
• Plan, execute, and analyze hands-on experimental work in a lab setting.
• Collaborate closely with international R&D partners to accelerate project progress and innovation.

Requirements & Experience:

• MSc or PhD in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or Chemistry (or a related field).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with electrochemical systems (such as fuel cells, batteries, or electrolyzers).
• Strong experience in lab-based experimentation and data analysis.
• A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in collaborative, cross-disciplinary environments.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• A dynamic, curious, and success-driven mindset with a passion for success.
