Full Stack Team Lead

We are looking for a talented and experienced Full Stack Team Lead to join a successful company in the Center of Israel.

Responsibilities:

-Lead and manage a team of Full Stack developers, providing technical guidance and support

-Oversee the development of both front-end and back-end solutions, ensuring they meet the highest standards

-Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver impactful features

-Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices architecture

-Drive innovation by introducing best practices and new technologies to the team

-Participate in code reviews, ensuring clean, efficient, and reusable code

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in Full Stack development.
• 1 year of experience in leading and managing a development team.
• Proficiency in Node.js, React Hooks, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Experience with Microservices architecture and related technologies
