Overview

We’re seeking a seasoned DevOps Engineer to spearhead our infrastructure and ensure seamless, reliable operations for our ML-based workflows. You will own everything from designing robust CI/CD pipelines to optimizing system performance, security, and scalability in both cloud and on-prem environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead DevOps Strategy: Drive and improve our DevOps processes, establishing best practices and ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Infrastructure Development: Architect and maintain infrastructure to support inference, ML workflows, and ancillary systems.
• CI/CD & Automation: Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines to streamline code integration, testing, and deployment.
• System Reliability: Monitor logs, manage incident responses, and maintain high system uptime through proactive health checks and rapid incident resolution.
• Security & Compliance: Enforce security best practices, conduct regular audits, and work closely with relevant teams to minimize vulnerabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ Years in DevOps: Demonstrable experience managing complex systems and workflows in production.
• Containerization & Orchestration: Expert in Kubernetes and Docker, with hands-on experience in deploying and managing microservices.
• Multi-Cloud Expertise: Deep familiarity with both GCP and AWS for provisioning, networking, and cost-optimization strategies.
• Networking Configurations: Skilled in designing and troubleshooting networks, including VPCs, routing, and security groups.
• CI/CD Workflows: Strong knowledge of popular CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar) and version control best practices.
• Linux Proficiency: Comfortable with shell scripting, package management, and system administration.
• Production-Grade Experience: History of maintaining mission-critical applications with near-zero downtime.
• MLOps Advantage: Background in MLOps or experience supporting ML pipelines and inference workflows is a plus.
• Team Player: Able to collaborate effectively and work independently, adapting quickly to evolving project requirements.
