Cyber Security Specialist

Job description

A Cyber Security Specialist installs, implements, configures, and supports Microsoft Cloud security systems and mentors a cross-functional team of Security Specialists.

The job includes hands-on activities in customers’ sites and remotely to ensure successful integration.

As a Cyber Security Specialist, you will handle different projects in diverse fields of knowledge and services such as:

Microsoft Security infrastructures.

Escalation & troubleshooting.

Microsoft Security services (Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Identity, Defender for Cloud, Defender for Cloud Apps).

Microsoft Intune.

Microsoft Purview & AIP.

Entra ID Security.

Azure PIM.

Azure Sentinel.

Professional requirements

Must

• Experience of 3+ years in the IT industry, specifically in Information Security.
• Experience in installing, configuring, and managing Microsoft Security products (Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Office, Defender for Identity, Intune, Defender for Cloud Apps, Azure Sentinel)
• or Familiarity with non-Microsoft security solutions, such as CrowdStrike, Palo Alto Networks Cortex XDR, Check Point, Fortinet FortiGate, Symantec Endpoint Protection, Trend Micro, and Splunk Security Information and Event Management (SIEM).Knowledge of antivirus solutions, intrusion detection and prevention systems (IDS/IPS), firewalls, and endpoint detection and response (EDR) tools.
• Experience in investigations of Information Security events & analysis of anomalies.
• Experience in leading projects and managing complex technological tasks.
• High level English – writing, speaking, reading.

Advantage
