Lead Software Engineer - Generative AI

We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer - Generative AI Projects for an Insurance company in central Israel .

The job's key responsibilities are -

· Ideate together with our product teams and business stockholders about business problems that Generative AI technology can solve.

Architect and deliver solutions using cloud services and tools.

Design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge cloud solutions that includes Generative AI within the insurance domain.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software developers, and business stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver innovative solutions.

Research, experiment, and implement state-of-the-art AI products and APIs and techniques to enhance our products and services.

Drive the end-to-end development lifecycle, from conceptualization and prototyping to production deployment and optimization.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI technology and incorporate relevant tools and methodologies into project development.

We are mainly looking for someone with -

· Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related experience.

7+ years of software development experience - a must

Experience in researching new technologies and building prototypes from vision - a must

Hands-on experience with projects integrating AI technologies/services - a must

Strong programming skills in languages like Python, Java, Go or similar - a must

Experience with Cloud Computing using AWS Cloud - a must

Experience with search solutions such as ElasticSearch or others - a must
