We are seeking an experienced SAP Development Team Lead to manage and guide a development team while maintaining hands-on involvement (at least 50%). This is a full-time position based in Haifa for a highly successful energy company.

💼 Responsibilities:

🔹 Lead the SAP development team and implement improvements and changes in SAP systems.

🔹 Manage development activities in collaboration with implementation teams and various stakeholders, aligned with the work plan.

🔹 Split the role between 50% management and 50% hands-on development.

🔹 Oversee and develop integration activities and interfaces between systems.

🔹 Provide technological, organizational, and professional support to the development teams.

🔹 Ensure adherence to timelines, policies, code quality, and deliverables.

✅ Requirements:

✔️ Proven, extensive knowledge and experience with SAP technologies and development processes (mandatory).

✔️ Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.

✔️ Professional experience in the following development areas:

• BAPI, ALV (OO & Function), Function Modules (RFC), User Exits, Dialog Programming, SAP Script, BADI, IDOCs, Table Control, ABAP OO, Adobe Forms, PI, SMARTFORMS, Enhancements, Business Object Builder, ODATA, Gateway.
• ✔️ Experience with S/4 Hana development and Fiori applications – an advantage.
