Your hands-on leadership will shape the strategic direction while executing operations, maintaining scalability and efficiency of our data infrastructure.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

- Lead and mentor a small team of data professionals.

- Direct the design, execution, and enhancement of databases and data-related systems.

- Ensure stringent data security, compliance, and monitoring protocols across all platforms.

- Develop and maintain ETL frameworks to support the operational backbone of the company.

- Enhance query performance while managing extensive data pipelines.

- Collaborate with diverse teams to align with the company's data requirements.

- Engage actively in coding and solving technical challenges.

**Mandatory Requirements:**

- Over 3 years of proven experience managing a team of at least two members.

- Minimum of 5 years in a data engineering role, handling various data engines and ETL processes.

- At least 3 years of experience as a backend engineer focused on developing microservices.

- Demonstrated expertise working with billions of records.

- Over 1 year of practical development experience in Java.

**Nice to Have:**

- Familiarity with startup environments.

- Experience managing large-scale data ecosystems.
