Bidding and Control Manager - Construction Sector

We are looking for a Bidding and Control Manager with a strong background in the construction industry. The role requires in-depth knowledge of reading specifications and plans, creating an initial project budget with timelines, and tracking the project throughout its lifecycle. You will be responsible for reporting to the CEO and area managers about budget deviations and flagging issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyzing project specifications and creating initial project budgets and schedules.
• Tracking project progress and ensuring adherence to budget and timelines.
• Reporting deviations to the CEO and area managers.
• Collaborating with internal departments such as Engineering, Operations, and Finance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Bidding and Control Manager in the construction industry (doesn’t matter if in residential, commercial, infrastructure, or other types of construction).
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Engineering Technician – required.
• Experience in cost estimation and preparing bids for public / residential construction projects – preferred.
• The candidate should come from a hands-on field experience and have a deep understanding of bids in the construction world.
• The role is open to both men and women.
