Job Posting: Development Team Leader, Crypto
We are looking for a Development Team Leader to join our team and lead the development of innovative fintech and crypto solutions. If you're passionate about blockchain and cutting-edge technologies, this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead an R&D team of 7 (developers and QA/automation specialists).
- Oversee design, development, and quality across a large-scale platform.
- Own part of the product's technical vision and roadmap.
- Establish technical guidelines and R&D best practices (CI/CD, security).
- Drive innovation and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Be hands-on with development, bug fixing, POCs, and code reviews.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- 2+ years of experience leading teams (4+ people).
- Expertise in C#, .NET, Kubernetes, Azure Cloud.
- Experience in distributed systems, microservices, MS SQL.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, CI/CD, TDD).
- Crypto or Fintech experience is a plus.
- Passion for blockchain and related technologies.
