About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Software engineer to join our dynamic and growing team. You will play a key role in developing and enhancing our flagship product, which leverages cutting-edge AI technologies to revolutionize behavioral health care. This role is perfect for someone passionate about front-end and back-end development and thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of new features and enhancements across the full stack, from front-end to back-end
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable and maintainable applications
• Contribute to architectural decisions and ensure that our technology stack meets current and future needs
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and integrate new technologies into our projects as appropriate

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in React and either Django (Python) or Node.js (JavaScript) for back-end development

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience leading and delivering large-scale projects with complex requirements
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks
• Experience with RESTful APIs, databases (SQL and NoSQL), and cloud services
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about architecture, performance, and scalability
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI technologies and AI agents
• Knowledge of data analysis techniques and tools
• Experience with agile methodologies and working in a startup environment
• Contributions to open-source projects or active involvement in the tech community
