Position Overview:

We are seeking an R&D Senior Manager to lead the development of a new cybersecurity product. As the first employee in this initiative, you will play a critical role in shaping the product's development, from hands-on coding to building and leading a high-performing R&D team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Development: Drive the design, architecture, and hands-on development of a cutting-edge cybersecurity product.
• Customer Collaboration: Gather and analyze requirements from customers to align development efforts with their needs.
• Team Building & Leadership: Hire, mentor, and manage a team of talented developers to scale the product development efforts.
• Data Fusion & Insights: Develop solutions to integrate and analyze large datasets from diverse sources, delivering insightful dashboards and analytics.
• Strategic Planning: Set the technical direction for the project, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term product goals.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven ability to lead a distributed R&D teams and manage product development from inception to deployment.
• 5+ years of experience in the cybersecurity domain.
• Hands-on expertise in developing and managing big data solutions.
• Technical Skills:Proficiency in Python for development and data analysis.
• Strong understanding of data fusion, analytics, and visualization tools.
• Familiarity with modern big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, or similar)
• Leadership & Communication: Ability to hire, lead, and motivate a technical team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working directly with customers or stakeholders.
