Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Department Manager with extensive knowledge in planning and executing digital marketing strategies and advertising campaigns. The Marketing Department Manager will lead the marketing team, manage digital campaigns, create tailored marketing plans, and analyze performance.

Responsibilities

o  Develop and execute marketing strategies aimed at promoting the company and achieving strategic goals.

o  Manage the marketing team, providing guidance, monitoring performance, and ensuring continuous improvement.

o  Analyze data and campaign performance, adjusting strategies based on results to make informed decisions.

o  Collaborate closely with other departments, such as the sales team, to ensure consistent and accurate messaging.

o  Manage budgets, generate performance reports, and set key performance indicators (KPIs) for success.

o  Initiate strategic partnerships and build a positive brand reputation in both local and international markets.

Job Requirements

o  At least 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing management from performance-based companies or call centers.

o  Proven ability to lead teams and continuously improve their performance.

o  Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns and various advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).

o  Demonstrated analytical skills and strategic thinking.

o  Full proficiency in Hebrew and English, with high writing and language skills.

o   Relevant academic degree (Marketing, Business Administration, Communication)
