Help Desk Support Specialist

Ashtrom Group is looking for Help Desk Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

- Providing internal organizational support for a multi-user environment

- Working with multimedia rooms

- Diagnosing and handling hardware, software, peripheral equipment, and more

- Ongoing support in the Windows environment

- Ongoing management and maintenance of all IT infrastructure in the organization

Job location - LYFE Towers Bnei Brak,

Full-time Sunday-Thursday, evening on-call once a week and Friday on-call once a month and a half

What is important to you?

- At least 2-3 years of experience providing telephone and face-to-face support to end users

- Proven experience in user management and granting permissions

- Experience in installing end equipment, handling maintenance and network faults

- Experience working with Windows operating systems and servers in versions 2012-2019

- Experience working with VoIP telephony switches - an advantage

- Experience working with multimedia rooms - an advantage
