This is what your new job could look like:

• Implementation of a new Information system
• Close cooperation with our department heads in all areas of the employee lifecycle
• Development and implementation of new and sustainable HR structures together with the Corporate HR team
• Support in HR project management
• Organization & implementation of training courses

This is what makes you special:

• Experience in implementing information systems - must.
• Availability to work 5 days a week for 5 hours
• English - must
• Knowledge of HiBob system - strong advantage
• Technical understanding and affinity for digital systems
• Independent, structured and careful way of working
• Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
• Ideally, initial experience with time tracking systems or similar HR tools
