Job Overview

Are you passionate about data engineering and have experience building and deploying data pipelines? We’re a recently acquired startup in the field of Customer Success and we’re on the hunt for a talented Data Engineer to join our small team of talented engineers. We’re looking for someone who has a strong background in data engineering, data processing, and cloud technologies, but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes, if you’re excited about this opportunity, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

• Develop and implement data pipelines for a variety of tasks, such as data ingestion, transformation, and storage.
• Conduct research and experimentation to improve the performance of our data processing systems.
• Clean and preprocess large datasets.
• Work with LLMs to analyze, classify and extract insights from text
• Communicate results and insights to the rest of the team and stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in data engineering and cloud technologies.
  
  

• Strong background in data engineering, data processing, and cloud technologies is preferred but not required.
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Be familiar with and adhere to clean code guidelines, prioritizing code quality and testability.
• Expert in SQL, we rely heavily on SQL and this is a must
• Proven experience in building and deploying data pipelines is a plus.
• Experience with JVM language is a plus (Java / Kotlin)
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
