Job Overview:

We're looking for a Mid-Level Devices Developer to join our expanding team in Israel. Your role will involve managing the current team in India and later building your own team locally. This position offers the potential to move into a leadership role within six months.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate device development projects, focusing on Android, Java/Kotlin, and C++ for embedded systems.

- Collaborate with Indian teams to ensure project success.

- Conduct code reviews and guide developers on best practices.

- Mentor and support junior developers.

- Contribute to discussions on technology stack decisions.

Qualifications:

- Expertise in Android development, Java/Kotlin, and C++ for embedded devices.

- Excellent communication skills to build trust with US-based directors.

- Experience with remote team management is a plus.

- Comprehensive knowledge of device development technologies.
