Financial Systems Analyst

Systems Analyst in the field of financial products for a leading financial organization!

The role includes characterization of financial systems and processes:

The ability to understand customer needs and translate business needs from the initiation stage to characterization is required.

Writing functional/detailed characterizations that include reference to both the business process and the technological aspect.

Accompanying the development and testing process up to writing a circular/procedure for the process.

Ongoing management and maintenance in accordance with regulatory requirements

Analyzing data and reporting it to external and internal parties.

The ability to manage work interfaces and create collaborations to advance tasks in areas of responsibility is required, the ability to motivate and direct professionally, learning and self-work, thoroughness, performing several tasks simultaneously.

The role requires responsibility, a big head, working with many interfaces - business entities, development and testing teams, etc.

Requirements:

Experience in analyzing business processes and writing specification documents - mandatory

Experience in at least one of the following areas is mandatory: mortgages, bank credit, loans, or other banking products.

Knowledge and mastery of SQL and BI tools - an advantage

At least three years of systems analysis - an advantage

Knowledge and experience in understanding processes and interfaces between different systems - an advantage

Experience in managing projects in banking environments is an advantage.
