Key Responsibilities

• MVP Iteration: Refine and enhance our existing MVP to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Full-Stack Development: Build seamless front-end and back-end experiences.
• Tech Leadership: Lead Voltesure’s technology strategy and development.
• Startup Agility: Thrive in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of projects.
• Collaboration: Partner with the founding team to align technical solutions with business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in full-stack development.
• Language Requirement: Proficiency in English is essential. 
• Full-Stack Expertise: Proficiency with technologies like React, Node.js, Python, or similar.
• Data-Driven Mindset: Skilled in integrating and visualizing data for actionable insights.
• ​AI Knowledge (a plus): Familiarity with artificial intelligence technologies and their application is a plus.
• Startup Experience (a plus): Familiarity with building MVPs in a lean, agile environment.
• Passion for Innovation: A strong interest in the EV space and sustainable technologies is a big plus!
