Job Description

CyberArk is looking for a passionate, self-driven, energetic and technical Senior Product Owner (PO) to join our AI, Data & Research unit. In this role you will be responsible for translating product requirements into applicable tasks for the development teams, considering customer needs, NFRs, service health and many more considerations while aiming for delivering best of breed product.

• Analyze, review and refine AI product requirements and produce a functional design
• Own the product backlog - deconstruct large features to smaller pieces, define and prioritize the pieces that can compose a releasable product
• Ongoing validation and review of product backlog and its prioritization
• Serve as the focal point for parties outside of our technical teams
• Collaborate with peer POs from multiple R&D teams
• Create visibility for teams’ work by nurturing connections with other departments and establishing relevant ceremonies such as demos
• Along line managers monitor that commitments are delivered on time
  
  

• Analytical person who can control the details and still see the full picture
• Organized and capable of establish formal and clear communication
• Technical skills for understanding AI/ML and GenAI technologies
• 5+ years of experience in the software industry
• 3+ years of experience working with SaaS solutions or Cloud Environments
• 3+ years of experience as product owner/technical product manager, in the software industry. Experience in creating and managing large functional solutions.
• Learning and continuous improvement in nature
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Diplomatic and pragmatic - works with many stakeholders and drives for optimal result
  
  

• B.Sc. in Computer Science / Engineering
• Hands-on experience in Software Development
• Hands-on experience in AI/ML or GenAI
• People or product management skills
• Experience in Agile
