Legal Counsel, Commercial - Marketing

Description

We are looking for an experienced, marketing-oriented Commercial Legal Counsel to join our Legal team. The Commercial Legal Counsel will provide legal support to multiple departments, business units, and subsidiaries within the organization to facilitate Fiverr’s day-to-day business and marketing activity.

WHAT AM I GOING TO DO?

• Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize a wide variety of marketing-oriented commercial contracts, including agreements concerning production, sponsorship, license, affiliate, partnership, influencer, and services, business and marketing collaborations, order forms, and related documents with suppliers, business partners, and customers.
• Provide ongoing legal support to multiple departments, business units, and subsidiaries within the organization to facilitate Fiverr’s day-to-day marketing and campaign activities.
• Manage the work assigned to external counsels, their schedules, and their budgets.
• Coordinate with various teams in commercial contracting matters to support our policies and procedures.
• Create, maintain, and improve standard templates, business processes, and internal policies.
• Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice, counsel, and recommendations to various stakeholders on various legal and business issues, including labor law, disputes, and ongoing legal risk assessment.
• Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure business compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Special projects as assigned from time to time.
  
  

Requirements

• A bachelor's law degree from a leading academic faculty, and qualification to practice law in Israel.
• 4-6 years of experience in a high-tech company legal department or a high-tech/commercial department of a leading law firm with a strong background in drafting and negotiating marketing agreements and rendering ongoing advice with respect to a variety of marketing campaigns.
• Significant experience in drafting commercial agreements, and ability to draft, negotiate and finalize agreements independently.
• English at a native level, as most of the work is conducted in English.
