About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Security Manager to oversee and manage security operations across our global sites. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety and compliance of our organization, develop and enforce security protocols, and effectively lead our security teams. Key Responsibilities:

1. Security Operations Management:

• Oversee security operations across global locations, ensuring seamless execution.

• Coordinate with local and international teams to uphold security measures.

2. Policy Development and Compliance:

• Develop and enforce compliance with organizational security protocols, policies, and regulations.

• Regularly assess and update security measures to align with global standards.

3. Risk Identification and Mitigation:

• Identify potential vulnerabilities in operations and implement effective solutions.

• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.

4. Personnel Training and Development:

• Train, mentor, and guide security personnel to meet organizational and industry standards.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and vigilance.

5. Stakeholder Communication:

• Maintain open and regular communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding security operations and concerns.

• Serve as the primary point of contact during security-related incidents.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.

• Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in managing security operations.

• Experience in global or multi-site operations is highly desirable.

• Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.

• Deep familiarity with global security standards, regulations, and compliance.
