Joistie is an early-stage startup on a mission to reconnect families in a world full of digital distractions, our app combines a science-based approach with a gamified engaging design, making the digital detox process an enjoyable and empowering family experience.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are seeking a cofounder that will be our Chief Behavioral Officer (CBO), a visionary leader who specializes in behavior design and has hands-on experience in building behavior-driven products.

Candidates with knowledge and experience in digital well-being are highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

· Lead Behavioral Design: Develop and implement science-based products to promote healthier digital habits

· Develop a research-based and data-driven new approach to designing digital behavior change systems.

· Inspire and Learn: Be ready to learn, adapt, and contribute as part of a hands-on team environment.

· Be a key member of the co-founders team: shaping the vision and core values of the company

· Collaborate on Product Strategy: Work closely with the founding team to ensure behavior design aligns with the overall company vision.

· Lead and collaborate with experts: lead our multidisciplinary advisors to develop innovative methods and impactful products

Experience:

· Significant experience and proven expertise in one of the following: Behavioral Design, Behavioral Psychology, Habit Formation, or Motivational Science.

· Proven track record in designing and implementing successful behavior change strategies.

· Knowledge in digital well-being and its impact on families and individuals.

· Data-Driven Approach: Skilled in evaluating the success of interventions and making improvements.

· Tech-native: Explores products and crafts digital-world interventions by leveraging cutting-edge capabilities.

· Advantage: Experience in Digital Product Development or UX design methods
