We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the on-premise DDoS protection security team.

Responsibilities

• Enhancing Threat Detection: Develop and enhance the threat detection capabilities of DefensePro, ensuring it can accurately identify and mitigate a wide range of security threats, including DDoS attacks, network intrusions, and zero-day exploits.
• Real-time Attack Mitigation: Ensure DefensePro maintains real-time attack mitigation capabilities. Focus on minimizing response times to prevent potential damage and reduce downtime for customers.
• Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer requirements. Use this data to identify opportunities for product innovation and enhancement.
• Product Development Oversight: Collaborate with engineering, design, and development teams to guide the product development process from concept to launch. Prioritize product features based on customer feedback, market trends, and business priorities.
• Customer Engagement: Interact with customers to gather feedback and understand their security needs and challenges. Use this insight to tailor product features and ensure the product effectively addresses key pain points.
• Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and implement go-to-market strategies in collaboration with marketing and sales teams. This includes defining product positioning, messaging, and launch plans to maximize product adoption and success.
  
  

• Minimum of 5 years previous experience managing product management in Network Security domain.
• In-depth understanding of cybersecurity principles, practices, technologies, and frameworks. Familiarity with DDoS protection, network security, intrusion detection/prevention, and threat mitigation technologies.
• Experience in SoC relevant platforms and Incident Response procedures
• Knowledge of cyber-attack frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK and familiarity with TTPs and real-world cyber threats.
• Deep knowledge of TCP/IP, UDP, ICMP, and other core Internet protocols is essential. This includes understanding how these protocols operate, their vulnerabilities, and how they can be secured.
• Excellent understanding of application-based cyber threats and mitigation techniques
• Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to communicate technical details effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
