Collections Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Collections Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding debts owed to the company. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure

Key Responsibilitie

• s:Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debt
• s.Investigate historical data for each debt or bil
• l.Find and contact clients to ask about their overdue payment
• s.Handle questions or complaints from client
• s.Investigate and resolve discrepancie
• s.Create trust relationships with debtors to avoid future issue
• s.Update account status and database regularl
• y.Escalate and alert to management when necessar
• y.Involve the legal department when necessar

y.Qualification

• s:Proven experience as a Collections Specialist or similar rol
• e.Knowledge of billing procedures and collection technique
• s.Familiarity with banking systems for investigation purpose
• s.Comfortable working with target
• s.Excellent English communication and negotiation skill
• s.Problem-solving skills and attention to detai

• t:Hybrid model on a 3 days basis from the office in TL
• V.Occasional extended hours may be required to meet deadline
• s.Work in close collaboration with team members in Canada (EST time zone
