We are seeking a Senior QA Specialist to drive quality and efficiency across our development teams. This role is pivotal in ensuring our games are released with exceptional quality and delivered on time, meeting the high expectations of our players.

Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Senior QA Specialist, you will-

• Design, maintain, and execute detailed test plans and test cases.
• Identify, document, and track defects to ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and improve testing processes.
• Automate tests where possible to streamline testing cycles.
• Assist with the project management tasks , including story creation for the development team.

Qualifications:Experience:

• 3+ years in Quality Assurance.
• Experience in a game development or software environment.
• Familiarity with Unity-based game development and the mobile gaming lifecycle.
• Experience as a Scrum Master or familiarity with Scrum methodologies is a plus.

Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
