Conference Program Manager

A Tel Aviv-based conference organizing company seeks a Conference Program Manager to manage scientific and professional programs.

Job Location: Tel Aviv-Yafo (next to Tel Aviv HaShalom train station)

Position Type: Full-time, office-based only.

Key Responsibilities:

• Speaker Coordination: Invite and communicate with speakers to ensure smooth preparation.

• Collaboration: Work closely with clients and committees to deliver a successful program.

• Logistics: Handle program logistics, including technical needs and on-site coordination.

• Quality Control: Ensure high standards for program content and execution.

• Fluent in English with excellent reading, writing, and speaking skills - A MUST

• Experience in program management, event planning, or a similar field is a plus.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with event technologies is an advantage.
