Sales Director – Wireless Communication & Defense

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Director with expertise in wireless communication and defense markets. You will lead the development and execution of strategic sales plans to drive growth, revenue, and market share globally, focusing on OEM partnerships and new customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement targeted business development plans in wireless communication for defense and HLS markets.

- Build and maintain global partnerships with OEM integrators.

- Proactively prospect new customers, negotiate sales agreements, and deliver product demos.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage proposals through to contract finalization.

- Provide accurate sales forecasts and feedback to management.

Requirements:

- 5+ years in sales, specifically in defense and wireless communication.

- Experience in the defense industry is a must.

- Strong knowledge of global markets, OEM partnerships, and defense industry technologies.

- Proven ability to multitask and lead in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

- Proficient in CRM and sales tools.
