Embedded Software Engineer

A global privately-owned company specializing in developing satellite communication terminals for the IoT and M2M markets, based on the company's silicon chips, with the aim of significantly reducing the cost, size, weight, and power consumption of satellite terminals.

The company is located in central Israel, near a train station, and employs 200 people globally, with 90 employees in Israel.

The role is within a team, reporting to the team leader, and involves working in an embedded Linux kernel environment, with coding in C++/C.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in embedded Linux kernel and developing drivers – Mandatory.
• 4+ years of experience in embedded development – Mandatory.
• Background in networking and network protocols – Advantage.
• Experience in embedded Linux BSP and board bring up –Advantage.
• Experience with DPDK – Advantage.
• Self-learning capabilities – adapt to changes and study new technical fields.
• Effective teamwork and collaboration skills.
