Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Chief Product Officer to define and execute our product vision and strategy while driving growth and scaling with new customers. This leadership role requires a blend of hands-on technical expertise and strong project management skills.

• Lead product Roadmap development
• Drive collaboration and vision across the company to create alignment on priorities and execution of product plan.
• Hands-on, involved deeply in the day-to-day, guide and mentor Product managers and customer success.
• Developing high-quality specifications and design documents for UI, API, and integrations.
• Owner of onboarding process for multiple customers, ensuring all business and technical requirements are fulfilled and deadlines are consistently met.
• Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers and Customer Success
• Build relationships with SMB clients and key stakeholder.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in product and project management, specializing in ERP and WMS systems.
• Proven experience in product management for SaaS platforms.
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Experience with business processes, particularly in logistics and e-commerce - Advantage.
• Understanding of technical architectures and system design.
• Strong expertise in creating high-quality, comprehensive specifications for UI, API, and integration processes.
• Strong understanding of API integrations and SQL queries - must.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Science (B.Sc.), Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Commitment and strong drive to explore, troubleshoot, and diagnose web applications, using Postman, application logs, SQL, and other relevant systems.
• Excellent English - Verbal and written - must.
