Job Description:

• Maintenance of the Priority system within the organization and ensuring its proper operation.
• Implementing new developments and leading technological changes in the system.
• Managing user permissions and ongoing maintenance of the system.
• Troubleshooting and providing user support for the system, including handling HD tickets.
• Offering clear and meaningful explanations to users regarding technological processes.

Job Requirements:

• At least two years of experience in Priority system implementation
• Advantageous: experience in the following modules: Service, Logistics, Distribution, Billing.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and handle challenging users with patience and professionalism.
• Ability to explain complex processes in a clear and simple manner.
• Ability to interact with managers and work effectively within a diverse team.
