QA Scrum Master

Join us in creating the future of gaming!                                                                    We are seeking a QA Scrum Master to drive quality and efficiency across our development teams. This role is pivotal in ensuring our games are released with exceptional quality and delivered on time, meeting the high expectations of our players.

Roles and Responsibilities:

As a QA Specialist, you will:

• Design, maintain, and execute detailed test plans and test cases.
• Identify, document, and track defects to ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and improve testing processes.
• Automate tests where possible to streamline testing cycles.

As a Scrum Master, you will:

• Plan and Track Sprints: Work with cross-functional teams, including developers and designers, to define sprint goals, track progress, and resolve bottlenecks.
• Improve Processes: Continuously evaluate and improve Scrum processes to enhance team productivity and product quality.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, etc.
• Documentation: Maintain clear and transparent records of sprint progress and retrospective insights.

Qualifications:

Experience:

• 3+ years as a Scrum Master or QA Engineer in a game development or software environment.
• Familiarity with Unity-based game development and the mobile gaming lifecycle.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and hands-on experience implementing them.
• Expertise in test automation tools and frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or related field (or equivalent experience).
