Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Client Manager to join our team at our office in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The Client Manager will oversee client accounts, build and maintain relationships, and ensure campaign success. This includes managing influencer collaborations, monitoring project deliverables, reporting performance metrics, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to develop and execute effective influencer marketing strategies tailored to client goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand business goals and translate them into actionable campaign strategies. 

• Manage the full lifecycle of digital campaigns – from planning and briefing to execution and reporting. 

• Oversee influencer casting and ensure alignment with campaign objectives. 

• Coordinate with internal teams (creative, media, influencer marketing) to ensure smooth delivery. 

• Take ownership of timelines, deliverables, and overall campaign performance. 

Client Communication

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. 

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. 

• Provide ongoing updates, manage expectations, and ensure high satisfaction levels. 

• Prepare campaign reports and present insights and performance analysis.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in digital account management or project management 

• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) 

• Experience working with influencers and digital campaigns – advantage 

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) 

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment 

• Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data 

• Experience working with Excel or similar tools
