Delivery Manager

Position Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Delivery and Project Manager specializing in AI and Data to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will ensure the successful delivery of cutting-edge AI and data-driven projects while fostering strong customer relationships. This role offers the opportunity to work on multidisciplinary projects involving advanced algorithms, LLM models, image processing, computer vision, and voice analysis. Collaborate with a talented team of engineers, R&D leaders, and product managers to drive innovation in AI.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management and Delivery -

Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI and data projects, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets while tracking progress effectively

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and analysts

Customer Engagement -

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their requirements are me

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing needs and resolving issues

Translate customer needs into actionable deliverables that align with business objectives

AI and Data Strategy -

Collaborate with the leadership team to define and implement AI and data strategies

Stay updated on advancements in AI technologies to drive innovation

Ensure project outcomes align with the organization’s AI and data vision

Team Leadership and Coordination -

Lead multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and productivity

Mentor and guide team members to enhance their technical and professional growth

Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project execution

Performance and Reporting-

Report project progress, risks, and successes to the CEO and other stakeholders

Measure project performance using appropriate tools to improve efficiency

Maintain comprehensive ation of all project activities, decisions, and results

Qualifications

Educational Background

Advanced degree (Master’s preferred) in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field

Experience

proven experience in delivering complex AI and data-driven projects

Strong track record of working directly with customers and managing relationships

Technical Expertise

Solid understanding of AI technologies, machine learning frameworks, and data analysis methodologies

Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project) and methodologies (Agile, Scrum)

Knowledge of cloud platforms and data infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
