Release Manager

A startup company developing a revolutionary SaaS product in the FinTech sector, focused on transforming technology for investment funds. The cloud-based product leverages AI technologies to provide operational and technological efficiency, helping asset and fund managers manage investments and more.

The company has 150 employees globally, with offices located in Tel Aviv near a train station. They operate a hybrid work model with one work-from-home day per week.

Requirements-

• 5 years of experience as a release manager
• Practical experience with Git and CI/CD-Must
• Must have experience in SaaS, multi-tenant B2B platforms.
• Leader, team player, fast learner, and has a “get things done” attitude
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail, able to drive and manage multiple tasks in parallel while interfacing with varied stakeholders
• Excellent R&D process understanding and best practices
• Self-motivated person with excellent interpersonal skills
• Advanced English written and verbal communication skills
• Engineering degree from leading universities or/and technological intelligence units' graduate
