About the Opportunity:

We are looking for an On-Demand Associate & Expert Experience who is passionate about service, organization, operations and sales. A significant part of this role involves working with casual clients who are interested in renting spaces on demand. If you have strong interpersonal skills, sales talent, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment, this is your opportunity!
Responsibilities:
- Casual Sales: Handle inquiries and negotiate with non-regular customers interested in renting our meeting rooms, rooftop, or balcony. Communicate effectively by phone or email to provide information, close deals, and ensure a smooth rental experience.
- Community Management: Be the spirit of the space and the primary point of contact for members and guests, responding to their needs and requests.
- Maintenance and Operations: Ensure the smooth and proper operation of the space, including working with vendors and managing purchase orders.
- Administration: Manage customer onboarding, handle invoices.
- Internal Communications: Collaborate with the Experience Management team as well as operations, maintenance, and accounting teams.
- Fostering Community Life: Create a pleasant and nurturing environment, including organizing events and activities that strengthen and unite the community.
Requirements:
* At least one year of experience in sales and sales-related activities, along with two or more years of experience in office management/customer service, reception, or a related field.
*Strong sales orientation and sales ability.
*High service awareness.

*Excellent written and oral communication skills.
