About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Technical Product Director to lead the full product lifecycle for one of our leading products, a performance DSP. This outcome-driven platform empowers brands to achieve immediate results and long-term value by optimizing user growth for their apps.

Responsibilities:

· Product Strategy & Roadmap:

o Prioritize the product roadmap based on customer needs, market trends, revenue potential, and input from key stakeholders.

o Define, track, and analyze KPIs to identify high-impact opportunities for growth and revenue generation.

· Product Development & Execution:

o Lead the entire product development lifecycle, collaborating closely with engineering teams.

o Develop and validate clear, actionable hypotheses through quantitative and qualitative research.

o Ensure timely and successful product launches.

· Market & Competitive Analysis:

o Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.

o Stay abreast of industry best practices and competitive landscapes within the AdTech ecosystem.

· Communication & Collaboration:

o Effectively communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress to stakeholders, and management.

o Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, sales, etc.).

· Customer Focus:

o Advocate customers’ needs and translate them into impactful product features.

o Ensure customer satisfaction and product success.

Requirements:

· 6+ years of experience in product management and development.

· Must-have: Extensive experience with DSP products within the AdTech industry.

· Strong technical background with a preference for experience with AI/ML technologies.

· Native-level English & Hebrew.

· Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

· High ability to lead manage and motivate teams, influence stakeholders, and drive consensus.

· A strong team player with a collaborative and results-oriented mindset.
