Operations Manager - Part Time

Company Overview

Genda is a construction field management app that allows field managers to open their app and see who is working on site, where they are, and what they are doing. We’re a new-ish company ready to bring futuristic technology to a booming ConTech landscape.

As we continue to grow we’re looking for an Operations Manager to join our team and lead day-to-day operations across multiple domains, including HR, payroll, IT, legal compliance, finance, and vendor management. This role is ideal for a proactive problem-solver with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage diverse responsibilities efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR processes, including hiring, onboarding, and offboarding
• Maintain operational efficiency by managing internal systems and tools
• Oversee payroll and compensation processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Drive initiatives to improve workflows and operational standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in operations, project management, HR, or finance roles, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities and a “Can - Do” approach
• A problem-solving mindset with an independent and proactive approach
• Excellent english, both verbal and written
