Analytics Manager

Responsible for data analysis and generating business reports to support strategic decision-making within the organization. The role involves creating performance metrics and supporting analytics, utilizing advanced forecasting models and technological tools for real-time data collection, analysis, and presentation. The team is led by the Head of Analytics, who drives the development and implementation of automated solutions to improve business process efficiency.

Job Description:

Build reports and dashboards providing real-time business insights.

Analyze performance data and business trends to enable data-driven decision-making.

Develop forecasting models, identify business opportunities, and optimize processes.

Lead and guide a team of analysts, developing their skills and motivating them towards achieving goals.

Requirements:

Relevant academic degree (Economics, Statistics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics).

Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.

Experience in managing an analytics team.

Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, SAS, and Excel.

Knowledge of forecasting models and Machine Learning (preferred).

Experience with dashboard creation tools and working with large data sets.
