Full Stack Tech Lead

A startup company developing a modern platform for property management, handling everything related to rentals, payments, contracts, advertising, and more.

The company is self-funded, economically stable, and has sufficient capital for several years. They have raised $100 million and serve over 4,000 paying customers!

Tech Stack: NodeJS, React, MongoDB, TypeScript, AWS, with a focus on Frontend (~70%).

The company has 160 employees globally, including 60 in Israel (most are developers).

Located in Tel Aviv near a train line, they operate a hybrid model with one work-from-home day

Requirements-

• 7 years of development experience.
• 3 years working with advanced React JS platforms.
• 3 years working with Node.js.
• 3 years working with TypeScript.
• 3 years working with MongoDB.
• 1 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Expert in working with scrum, keeping track of your sprints in Jira, and completing everything on time.
