Backend Team Lead

XM Cyber is a global leader in hybrid cloud security. XM Cyber brings a new approach that uses the attacker’s perspective to find and remediate critical attack paths across on-premises and multi-cloud networks. The XM Cyber platform enables companies to rapidly prioritize and respond to cyber risks affecting their business-sensitive systems.

We are looking for a team lead to establish a new team inside our Infrastructure group. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a robust technical expertise and strong leadership skills.You must be:

Independent, responsible and creative problem solver that can crack the most complicated problems on your own.
Eager to learn new things and also proactively suggest new ideas and initiatives.
Team player that communicates well with others.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience of team leader
4+ years of experience in backend development
1+ years experience in C#
Experience with Kafka/equivalent queue broker
Experienced with Kubernetes/Docker
1+ years or more in Node.JS - Advantage
Deep knowledge of event driven and microservices architectures - Advantage
