We are seeking a dynamic and innovative individual to join our digital marketing company as an Innovation Developer. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, creativity, and problem-solving skills to drive innovation and find cutting-edge solutions to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis and Research: Conduct in-depth research and data analysis to gain insights into market trends, customer behavior, and emerging technologies.
• Third-Party Tools Exploration: Research and evaluate third-party tools, platforms, and technologies to identify potential solutions that align with business goals and requirements.
• Solution Development: Develop innovative solutions by combining third-party tools setup, internal development, and other resources as necessary. Execute proposed solutions, including all technical aspects and development work.
• Prototyping and Testing: Rapidly prototype and test new ideas, features, and concepts to validate their feasibility and effectiveness.
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product development to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Documentation: Document findings, solutions, and implementation processes for future reference and knowledge sharing.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation and improvement.
