Junior Network and Security Administrator

AudioCodes is looking for a Junior Network and Security administrator. You will be part of AudioCodes' IT infrastructure department. The main goals of this position are to lead projects and improve, install, monitor, and maintain our global security and network environment with minimal service interruption.

Responsibilities:

• responsible for network and security operations, including firewalls, switches, routers, wireless, and remote access operations.
• Perform IT infrastructure tasks and projects.
• Create and document technical processes and procedures as needed
• Working with a ticket system
  
  

• 2+ years of experience with network
• Hands-on experience in network operations, Switches, and Routers.
• Hands-on experience with Security – Advantage
• Experience with additional technology such as EDR, VPN, WIFI, and Monitoring systems – Advantage
• Understanding of security attack types, Investigation methods, and mitigation – Advantage
• Experience with Windows and Linux systems – Advantage
• Independent, responsible worker, able to plan and execute day-to-day tasks, service, and support
• Team player and a fast learner
• High level of English
