Requirements

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyze significant amounts of information with accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details
• SQL - mandatory. Firm knowledge in SQL coding.
• ELK– knowledge in Kibana analysis, create reports/dashboards - advantage
• Resilient – be able to sustain critical incidents.
• Possess excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
• Working in a Production environment – a strong advantage
• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering/math/information system or other quantitative fields
  
  

• Real-Time System Analysis: Analyze system malfunctions in real-time using multiple analyzing and big data tools.
• Application Health Monitoring: Monitor the health of business applications using a variety of advanced technologies to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Incident Management: Manage real-time incidents by communicating effectively with IT operators, business users, and management. Act as the focal point during incidents and lead them to resolution in a responsible and timely manner.
• Post-Incident Analysis: Produce comprehensive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports post-incidents and oversee the implementation of fixes and future mitigation measures.
• Application Expertise: Develop expertise in key business applications to support and resolve issues, bugs, and related concerns efficiently.
• Dashboard and Reporting: Build and maintain Kibana (ELK)-based dashboards and create SQL-based reports to support business operations and decision-making.
• System Stability: Collaborate with IT and business units to develop and implement methods that enhance the stability and reliability of the information systems.
