Servi-Tech specializes in providing robot automation solutions for various industrial processes. The company combines engineering, development, manufacturing, assembly, and service departments to offer a comprehensive solution from the design process to the final product at the customer's site.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Project Manager at Servi-Tech in Karmiel. The Project Manager will lead a project from start to finish.

The Project Manager tasks will be to:

·      Investigate the customer demands and translate them to requirements in an SOW document

·      Design a first concept for filling the requirements

·      Build pricing and itinerary for the project

·      Identify project risks and offer countermeasures

·      Oversee the design of the entire project in CAD and transfer to manufacturing, while leading regular PDR and CDR meetings with the corresponding teams and with the customer

·      Manage project schedule and budget, monitor all stages of the project including purchasing, manufacturing, assembly, installation processes at the customer’s site up to successful finish of project

·      Maintain the communication and relations with the customer during and after the project to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Mechanical Engineering degree
• At least 2 years experience in Project Management
• At least 3 years experience in Mechanical Design and Transfer to Manufacturing
• Experience with Automation / Industrial Robots / Collaborative Robots and with Automation equipment such as Servo motors, cylinders, rotary tables, sensors, etc... – An advantage
• Expeditor and Expediting skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience in the manufacturing or engineering industry
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Excellent level of English (reading, writing, talking)
