Recruitment Manager

A leading technological outsourcing company is seeking a Team Lead in Tech Recruitment with proven experience in the tech field to manage a professional and high-performing recruitment team. In this role, you will lead the recruitment team in working with various tech clients, ensuring the quality of recruitment processes and achieving organizational goals. The position includes managing, training, and motivating recruiters, developing advanced recruitment strategies, fostering collaboration with strategic clients, and leveraging technological tools to optimize recruitment processes.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience as a recruitment team lead or 4 years of experience in tech recruitment in placement agencies or outsourcing companies – mandatory.
• Proven experience managing processes with complex clients in the tech industry.
• Full proficiency in sourcing tools, recruitment systems, and social networks.
• Excellent managerial skills, including process leadership and team motivation.
• High-level English – mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree – a significant advantage.
