Job Description:
- Responsibility for the processing and purification of growth hormone and other drugs from the end of the fermentation stage to protein isolation, including cell lysis, protein separation, dissolution, and purification within cleanroom environments.
- Operation of chromatography systems and working with ion-exchange columns and hydrophobic columns.
- Operation of ultrafiltration (UF) systems.
- Operation of lyophilizer (protein drying) systems.
- Operating computerized systems for process control and monitoring.
- Working according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and process procedures.
- Supporting the writing of protocols and procedures.
Job Requirements:
- Technician/Associate degree or higher in Life Sciences - required.
- Experience in pharmaceutical production and working under GMP - an advantage.
- Good level of English.
- Full-time position, willingness to work in shifts - required.
