Marketing Manager

HLO Group is a boutique firm specializing in real estate investments in North America with over 20 years of experience. We’re searching for a talented and passionate individual who’s excited about building a marketing operation from the ground up and taking it to new heights. The role includes shaping marketing strategies, leading investor acquisition processes, and leading all marketing efforts—especially in the digital realm.

This is a part-time, hybrid role with flexible hours and significant opportunities for growth, including transitioning into a full-time position. we offer a competitive salary with performance-based bonuses.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and leading investor acquisition strategies: market analysis, identifying target audiences, and creating focused marketing plans with measurable goals.
• Promoting marketing activities: managing campaigns, initiating collaborations with external partners, and organizing events.
• Operating the marketing framework: preparing marketing materials and writing for various platforms (website, email, social media).
• Leading digital activities: managing the company’s presence on social media and running paid campaigns.

Requirements:

• Passion for building a new framework and driving growth processes.
• High-level proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Proven experience in advertising and marketing.
• Significant advantage: experience in establishing and managing marketing and advertising frameworks.
• Advantage: experience in investor acquisition and marketing real estate projects.
