Verification Engineer

A high-tech company specializing in the development of air defense systems and solutions for surveillance, information, and observation.

The company is located in Herzliya and offers a hybrid work model with one work-from-home day.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading and managing end-to-end large-scale projects, including transitioning from development to production.
• Negotiating with clients.
• Planning and overseeing complex multi-disciplinary systems for global clients.
• Managing budgets and timelines for development projects to meet established goals.
• Translating client needs and requirements into specifications, systems, and products.

Requirements:

• BSc in electrical or computer engineering/computer science from an established university
• 6 years' experience in the verification flow of complex designs from test plan definition to coverage closure
• Understanding of high-level system flows and constraints
• Team player with a proactive attitude
• Independent thinker, curious, and motivated
• Experience in Specman and/or System Verilog– must
